2 INSERT IBEC INTO BASE
Slide the ULTRA IBEC into the base (the edges of the IBEC circuit board fit inside channels on either side of the inside of the base. Please note - the capacitors on the IBEC should face toward the back of the base, and the jumper pins should face toward the front of the base.
3 NOTE: TRIM EXCESS HEAT WRAP
In some cases, you may have to trim excess heat shrink wrap from the front or back of the IBEC to get it fit within the base. Use a sharp knife, and be very carefull not to cut the wires or yourself!
4 IBEC INSERTED INTO BASE
Here is an image of the IBEC inserted into the base - note the circuit board edges fit within the base side channels. Also note the jumper pins are facing to the front of the base.
5 ATTACH COVER
Carefully place the cover over the base - make sure that the large retangular openning goes over the IBEC capactors at the back of the base, and that the small rectangular opening goes over the jumper pins near the front of the base. The cover will "snap fit" into the base. Carefully push the cover onto the base and make sure you don't crimp any wires.
6 ASSEMBLY COMPLETE
Make sure the mounting "feet" towers on the cover align with the mounting "feet" on the base. Use the included 4 screws to attach the mount to your airframe.
