These mounts are designed specifically to fit FESTO BALL VALVES (both 4MM and 6MM). These mounts are fabricated from a durable, UV resistant plastic, and feature mounting hardware. Available in ORANGE and GRAY.
TBOLT FESTO BALL VALVE MOUNTS include a base, a cap, QTY 3 mounting bolts, QTY 3 blind nuts, and a Drill Template. (Please note: FESTO BALL VALVE sold separately).
Use the included Drill Template to select a good location for your FESTO BALL VALVE.
Use a 1/8" drill bit to drill the three holes needed for the mount.
Insert the blind nuts on the bottom of the mounting location. You can use epoxy to secure the blind nuts if necessary.
Use the shortest bolt to fasten the mount base to the surface via the back blind nut.
Place the FESTO BALL VALVE on the Mount base - the metal part should fit into the grooved front part of the Mount Base. Place the Mount Cap on Festo Ball Valve (Please note: The text on the Mount Cap should face forward!)- use the two longer bolts to fasten the Mount Cap to the Mount Base (and surface) via the two front blind nuts.
