This is a REX SLIM series Jeti Receiver with 9 servo outputs. These "SLIM" receivers are specially designed for planes with a small fuselage area or tight mounting area. Their compact dimensions suit all pilots who are limited by space in the model (eg F3J, F5J, etc.).
